3. What Will I Carry Forward Into the New Year?
Not everything from this year needs to come with you into the next. Think about what’s been working for you and what hasn’t. Are there habits, fears, or doubts that it’s time to let go of? On the flip side, what values, lessons, or goals do you want to double down on?
